Adam was professional, on time, and happy to talk me through his recommendations - 5 stars for the service! 4 stars for communication, because none of the quotes included that there was going to be extra charges to pay with card (the only way not to pay extra is with a bank transfer). This should have been made clear from the quote.

I booked the appointment, was called at the time of the scheduled appointment and was asked if it would be possible for me to rearrange for the following day which I did. Next day rolls around and no one shows up, I tried to call only to hear the line is disconnected now. Very annoying.

Tried calling over and over and got no response.
