What make this service so pleasant is that is booked on a certain time, takes 1h or so, and we can wait in the waiting room doing some work (was my case). Staff is kind, so all good.

I need an urgent MOT, but also had some little niggles with the car; they suggested it might be a simple as a new battery, tested it and confirmed that the battery only had 13% life left! Unbelievably, they managed to get a battery in that day and fit it for me - all the little niggles stopped happening - so the diagnosis was spot-on! I was very happy with the service I received and will go there again next year
