Hi, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that you feel this way. Your MOT was booked for a specific time; however, you arrived approximately 30 minutes late. By that point, our MOT tester had already begun the next scheduled appointment, so a wait was unavoidable. We run strictly to appointment times to ensure fairness to all customers, although we did our best to accommodate you. We would also like to clarify that a routine service and an MOT are two separate inspections with different requirements. It is therefore possible for items to be identified during an MOT that may not be highlighted during a standard service, and this was communicated to you on the day. Kind regards, Motamec Ltd
