First of all, I'm not unhappy with the service I received. The MOT and Health Check were what I expected. However, my boot was not opening before the MOT and I was asked if I would pay £135 for them to look at it and then see how much it would be too fix. The MOT wouldn't be done because the boot failure was a fail. I agree for this too happen because I wanted the MOT. The boot was fixed by them looking at it, there was no change of parts. £135 was a lot of money not to fix something

The service was very good, the only downside was the bad communication on the reservation. It was not clear that it wasn’t a appointed time, but a full day appointment, I’ve had to wait the full day for the service.
