We thankyou for your review. As I pointed out an MOT is done at an MOT testers digression. Your vehicle had low mm on the front pads hence the do not drive fail on your mot. Look at the previous mot they advised your pads were getting low a year ago. Our brake pad tool had absolutely no impact on your mot. Mot's are not carried out by ourselves, so it was not on our readings that your vehicle failed the mot. I also advised you that the truck bringing your vehicle back from the mot station had gotten stuck in traffic which is completely unavoidable. I also had a quote ready for you when you got here, which you declined as you needed your vehicle fixed over the weekend. I have further information to add to this reply however I have reached the word count allowed. Thankyou again
