Tried to tell me the price of the mot/service was more than the value I had booked on bookmygarage 'we have a different system to them'. This is irrelevant, I booked a service at a price,that is the agreed price. Had to prove with an email before they said 'oh we'll see if we can do something about the price now'. Yeah, maybe honour the price i was quoted? They then told me MOT had failed and the work done was over £300. A local garage quoted me £170. Rip off merchants

Good pricing, service carried out as detailed including wash and vac (ex car mechanic!). Would use again.

Renault Derby are really good. I book in for a service and mot each year. I like the health check which is done with an emailed video . Reception then call if any problems found. The car is completed at the given time, and i drive away happy. Thanks Renault Derby.
