Booked an MOT with this garage two weeks ahead. Called them just before to ask what time they wanted the car and was told they could no longer fit it in. The MOT expired the next day leaving us in a real middle. The guy said this was a common problem with bookings as they don’t look at them til the day. He said he had to speak to his manager as I explained would be without a car if the MOT expired. He promised to call back. He never called. I managed to rebook with Mr Clutch - credit to them.
