Customers consistently praise this garage for its friendly, professional staff, efficient turnaround times, and competitive pricing, with many highlighting the ability to book at short notice and the welcome touch of a complimentary valet. Clear, honest communication throughout the process is a recurring theme, and several reviewers note they actively travel further to use the garage over closer alternatives. One reviewer raised a concern about an MOT failure they felt was unwarranted, though this appears to be an isolated case, and the garage may benefit from ensuring customers feel fully informed when advisory or remedial work is recommended.
