Only negative was when I went for my appointment they stated they hadn't received the booking until the manager looked in his junk mail and found the email from yourselves in the junk box. I had to return later in the day for the work to be done. The manager was helpful and friendly and stated that bookings sent through yourselves should be sent to their inbox in the future
