I booked an appointment via this website and later rang the company directly to confirm the booking. The man told me that this website was a ‘third party’ through which I could not make a booking with them. Therefore, I had to scrabble to find somewhere else to book an MOT. It was quite stressful.

Lots of Customers book their MOT test through bookmygarage website and we never had a problem, just at the reviews. I tried calling you a few times but you never picked up the phone. We aslo provide online booking where you can pick and chose the slot that suits you in which case you don't have to speak to anybody but clearly you are one of the pretending to be a customer and leave a bad review just to make us look bad but clearly you have no valid point. You know where our garage is, you could have dropped by as well if you really were desperate!! Thank You!
