Courteous staff and excellent service I prefer to do my own work on my car but thought I would take for a full main service saved cash by going through the Book my Garage service. but ask the service adviser to complete some work which I was due to do, but flu delayed that happening, they were very accommodating win win for everyone.

Dropped car off at Vertu Jaguar leeds. Stayed and waited for the car, 4 hours. Advisor came and spoke to me to tell me about what they had done and how it was progressing. They did diagnostic test which i asked for, and no faults were found. All information had been put on the Jaguar service record and the app updated. The car was also washed and cleaned. Advisor walked me back to my car, we shook hands. Would us garage again.
