No car park spaces - had to leave on the road . Dark waiting room , received no receipt / invoice from mechanic . Didn’t show me how bad the brake pads were . Wouldn’t recommend to blue light card holders for future work .

Stuart, we are confused as to where this negative review has came from as you were completely happy and satisfied when you left and made no mention of these concerns. In response though, we have private allocated parking onsite for our customers, Our waiting area is completely lit up with natural light from our windows and LED lighting. You advised us you didn’t want a receipt when making payment,however we did send an electronic payment receipt. We were completely transparent with the works carried out with regular communication with its progress. You were shown how damaged your brake pads & discs were & we gave them back to you to keep like you asked. With regards to the blue light card, you were given 10% discount off your total repair bill like we give to all blue light card holders.

Sometimes in life it's not easy to find a garage you can trust. These guys explained everything from start to finish finish and dropped my wheels off as I as was working. Will definitely use this garage again.
