I had an interim service on my 11 year old Citroen C3. About an hour after dropping the car I got the phonecall we all dread with a list. Carl was lovely about it. He said my car was 'a little poorly' and explained everything in detail, even sending over a whatsapp with an itemised list of everything that needed to be done. We agreed and a few hours later, he rang back saying everything was done, but they realised on closer inspection, they didn't need to do 'everything', so my bill was cheaper.
