I booked my car in for an MOT and asked Snows to check a squeaking noise on the rear suspension. I was informed that a rear suspension coil spring had snapped and that to pass its MOT I needed to spend around £300 plus VAT. I was then assured by Snows Volvo that this would solve the squeak problem. When I collected my car after the work, I found the squeaking noise was in fact worse. It had not been fixed. I now intend to have my car independently assessed before contacting Snows.
