Couldn’t carry out additional work I requested despite accepting the job with my added notes. Tried saying 3 of my tyres were illegal only when I asked for the tread depth there was only 1 just below the legal limit and also they can’t reset the service light on any other model other than Volvo despite this being one of the checklist supposed to be carried out and overall very poor communication as I tried to contact them a week before for the additional work no response or call back

Service was usual Volvo standard (excellent) courtesy car was a nice one but the wash I paid for was just a wash outside (didn’t do the door slam panels) and a vac. They did miss the centre cup holder though, odd that.
