Booked my car for an MOT and did think there may be a couple of little problems as it's an old car now. BUT!!!! to get a phone call to say it had failed and we want £195 just to run more tests in a rip off. I asked what it was for and was told it was to put right the faults they had found BUT they still needed to run more tests and it wouldn't be cheap. One of the faults was the windseen washer wasn't working but if they found it was the pump then that would be extra?? Rip off garage

First time booking this garage to do my car’s service. It was the cheapest one in my area. Booking process very easy, the ladies at reception are very friendly and can have a good laugh with you. Will be booking this garage again when my car is next due.
