Came here today for an MOT - i booked myself in to sit and wait whilst the service was being carried out. Wow what an great customer experience. I've had many different cars, but the experience with the Lexus servicing team is fantastic. Not only was my MOT carried out professionally, but all they way through they explained everything and suggested improvements without applying the hard sell. I had arrived late, they didn't lecture me, lose patience or rush the car in. They listened to me.

Have all my services here every 10k miles. Very efficient and recently got my shocks replaced on warranty. Young man named Billie that served me was excellent and went above and beyond to help me feel satisfied. Would recommend their services thanks to him. Also sorted a couple of other issues free for me on his own initiative.

Brought my car in for my first service and MOT...no problems. About a week later I had to bring the car back because of an orange warning light on the dashboard which turned out to be one of the tyres had lost pressure. I was dealt with by Billy who was very professional at his job. Unfortunately, the same light came back on a week later and it turned out that there was a slight puncture in one of the rear tyres, I had a new tyre fitted. This time, I was dealt with by Daniel, very professional
