It was a good experience, Bristol Street kept me informed along with a vehicle check video half way through. I needed a couple of tyres fitting to pass the mot and all was done in house.

Overall i was very pleased with the whole experience through BMG. Renault Derby were also very good and informative throughout. My only grump was that they don't take cash , so i had to make an extra trip home and back . Will know for next time .
