I would rate your reception as great as ever in handling a customer. Friendly and fast. Concerns I had dropped my car by 9:05 AM on the scheduled day for MOT and full service. Expected time of delivery was 13:30 (which I understand was tentative, but in past I have always got by that time). I received a call around same time that my vehicle’s break pad needs to be changed as it has failed MOT. It means the work on my car was delayed, otherwise this issue could have been highlighted earlier and I
