I booked 2 days previous to my mot. When I arrived at the garage I was told I was not booked in. Even though on book my garage the date was available and I was given a time to arrive. I was told my the receptionist that I had to have had a confirmation email from themselves. I had no contact from manic mechanics whatsoever. Not happy with the service. And maybe they should monitor their appointments on book my garage more closely
