I booked online & was advised that garage would confirm, still waiting. Arrived at 9am as website said that was opening time and was greeted by you're late and car would be put to back of queue. Advised car would be ready by 1pm which was OK with me. I hadn't heard anything by 2.20 so walked back to garage and car still not ready. Also couldn't honour price quoted for AC recharge as they had wrong gas. Need to do more work on communicating with customers.
