Booked AM slot advised garage opened at 8:30, due to heavy traffic was 6 minutes late. Told I missed slot and was sent away. Took car to a local friendly garage who were grateful of the business.

They said they could MOT my car in the afternoon the next day, and the next morning cancelled my MOT saying their workshop was being refurbished. They should not be allowing bookings when they cannot fulfil them.
