Had a few issues getting my car booked in initially - online said there was a slot, but after I booked it I got an e-mail saying earliest slot was 25th (my MOT was due on the 21st). Initially did not get any replies to me E-Mails or calls which was frustrating. Once someone did come back to me - managed to get me in for the 19th. Not a long wait - took about 45 minutes and I was out. Waiting room was absolutely freezing though - take a coat if you intend to wait.

Dont understand why im being asked to review an appointment you cancelled by email and said you could not do. I did try to rearrange another time but no one returned my call or replied to my emails. I called three times and left message as directed to to and emailed twice but just got the same reply. Would not recommend.
