Booked online for an MOT and free 12 point safety check as we have a blue light card(advertised on website, I booked it in on.) Had a phone call to confirm the booking (very cheerful man.) Took the car in the next day to be told they didn't have the car booked in then when we mentioned the blue light safety check being free, he said that would be up to the boss but they could do the MOT. The person who served us came across as rude and that he didn't actually want to be there.

Called them up as my battery kept going flat ,within one 1 hour was replaced.speedy service and friendly staff.
