I called to clarify my booking to be told that they no longer receive bookings through bookmygarage. They stated they were able to complete the works on my specified date and took my booking over the phone. I arrived to drop off my car as arranged to be advised that their MOT equipment wasn’t working so they couldn’t complete my MOT. No one had had the courtesy to call and inform me, they just waited for me to turn up with my car at 10am. Poor customer service, courtesy costa nothing!

Booked appointment for Mot. And service When I got there they said you’re not booked. In. And said they where too busy to fit me in
