Formula One Autocentre Strood no longer carry out MOT’s but Book My Garage keep taking the bookings and make appointments that don’t exist. Total waste of time.

Marc, we are sorry to hear of your recent experience using our website regarding your MOT booking. We rely on our garages updating their own availability on services they provide, or contacting us to process the update for them. All garages have full access to their accounts and can turn off MOT's if they are not able to accommodate. Upon receipt of your review we reached out to the garage to be advised they are currently without an MOT tester. Upon finding this out we immediately turned their MOT's off to avid any further issues arising. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Kind Regards BookMyGarage

After making an appointment through book my garage, I was rang by the Formula One garage to postpone my appointment for two weeks. Unfortunately, when I got there today I was told they had to cancel as their MOT guy has walked out. Not happy!
