I had booked through book my garage around a month in advance for my mot and had confirmation from book my garage. I needed to change the date and also got confirmation of this. I turned up for my appointment and the garage said they didn’t have me booked in and that they don’t look at their emails so please don’t book through book my garage with this garage. Awful service!

Booked an MOT through their booking site, and on the day, the manager Shaun said there was no booking. When I informed him I have the confirmation email, he couldn't have cared less. Told me not his problem, but that of the booking company ( the company that they use) Even this review request arrived via email under the booking description. But apparently I don't have a booking. So won't use again for the sheer inconvenience, and the unhelpful manager
