Originally booked in for service and mot for Friday, dropped the car off at 8:30, phone call at 3:30 to say they couldn’t do it because the technician had had to go home and would book it in for Monday. Dropped the car off this morning (8:30) no communication from them so called (no one picks up phone) so called round and told it would be ready about 5pm, called round and when told the price it was different to “book my garage” but they did honour the price.

Never actually got my Service, booked through here about 4-5 weeks in advance, was called by the garage a few days before my service to say they were "fully booked" on that day. They did offer me the Saturday (which was not suitable) and asked me to call back. I tried to call back over 10 times in the following 2 days and the call was never answered, I had to resort to finding an email online for the head office and hoping for the best (which luckily worked as the area manager called me back)
