Staff sickness Was only told after arriving that they couldn’t proceed with appointment. No help in rearranging before MOT due date at this or sister garages in the area, no apologies made by staff.

Booked MOT and full service one month before the scheduled date. On the MOT day they called and told not to come because they forgot to add me on their list and was asking to reschedule end of next week. I took off from my work just for MOT that day and it was ruined. Totally unprofessional and disappointing experience I had from this place.

I went to the garage on time but the garage’s keeper said they did not join your website service. No MOT and interim service could be provided. What’s a shit service for your website provided.
