First time I've used both book my garance and Formula One AutoCentre Harrow - I'll be seeking to schedule any service/repair needs this way too. Booking was very easy; Formula One Autocentre followed up with a phone call within an hour of my booking - really appreciated the confirmation. On the day, I used the waiting area which provided comfortable seats (but bring your own coffee etc). Work completed within the time and no issues at all. Thank you.

They denied we ever had a booking with them, even though there is phone recorded proof. They also said they could never do a service in the morning even though the option is there...
