Came late for my Friday 10 Feb 2023 appointment late and the team bent over backwards to accommodate me on the day. Unfortunately I couldn’t undertake the MOT, as the equipment could not accommodate my vehicle class and Dan was gracious enough to explain why to me. The guys took customer service to a different level to try and rebook me at a different garage to ensure I got the MOT done same day. We weren’t successful but I appreciated the gesture. Now to get my refund from book my garage.
