Booked car in for MOT, booking said bring car in the morning but no time, so I called and it was booked for the afternoon but otherwise no problems

A couple of weeks before the day I made a booking for full service, brake fluid change and MOT. When I arrived the guy at the reception couldn't find the booking. After some while he found a booking and told me that they could do only service and brake fluid change - no free slots for MOT. I made a booking about two weeks in advance and nobody didn't contact me to tell me that there were no slots. Just hope that their garage work is better than customer service.

Just returned from taking my electric car for it's MOT. Great premises (with comfortable seating if you want to wait} and professional and helpful staff. They even gave me tips on how to use my regenerative braking so that my brake discs are used to best effect. Thanks guys - you are now my "go to" place for servicing of our vehicles.
