I booked mot and servicing on line at that time time slot was available but few days before the mot day, they called me and said they are fully booked for until another 2 weeks. I had to take emergency leave from work to get mot done in time. This is my second time same thing happened before too, not happy at all. I will not make mistake again booking there.

Turned up on time to be told they couldn’t do MOT. No communication, no apology just we can call you when we have someone who can do your MoT but it could be about a week !! Told me to go down the road to another garage . Very weird that he was using a pen from the same garage ? Some kind of collusion to send business elsewhere but who charge twice the amount. I didn’t go there but went to another garage - whole experience very very uncomfortable and bad
