Whilst i’m happy with the service it self. they tried to charge £48 for specialist oil. This was not made clear in the booking t&c range to escalate confirmed via manager on phone to not be charged, go to pick up car and charged - had to then repeat situation until resolution helpful staff front of house none of this is a reflection on them - more a consideration for these adverts

The service was OK. When the car was due back I got a call telling me they had been unable to get 1 of the parts and I could either have a £30 refund or wait for the part. Unwisely I went for the 2nd option. I chased it up by e mail, No answer. I called. No reply. 8 wks on I eventually got someone on the phone who said they would call back that day. That was 3 days ago. I had planned on trading in the car to Evans Halshaw to get a new Vauxhall, but not now! Hopeless....
