I put my 10 year old Passat in for its MOT, I had checked around for price Evans were as good as I could find, I wasn't convinced it would pass so price was important. Sure enough it failed but I didn't just get a written report I got a video showing exactly what was wrong and the car was valeted.

Work was done within a quick time frame. They offered to drop me to the station when I dropped the car with them and overall customer service was excellent

Good services and Comms, very efficient, feels like they are a bit overzealous trying to sell me brake pads and disks when they are only half worn and a tyre that was only six months old and nowhere near the wear marks. There is far more than a years mileage left in these parts, however, the garage also logged these as advisories on the MOT record this could have the effect of devaluing my car if I plan to sell soon. That's not what the system is designed for.
