I thought I had a certain issue with the car but through talking alone they realised that it was something else. They fixed my car really quickly and communicated well by calling to inform me that they were done within the time they estimated.

Booked in for 15:00 and was told that I would have to leave the car and they would call when it was ready to collect. Went back to the garage after 1hr and 1/2 and they hadn't even started on it . The work was finally completed at 17:15. It's a shame as they did a great job but they should have told me to come at 17:00 so that I didn't waste my time.
