I booked my car for a mot and service through bookmygarage. Simple and easy-to-use booking process. I took my car to East End Motors in Shadwell. The member of staff who received my car was friendly and helpful. There was a small communication issue about what was done to my car. Despite the confusion, the owner has been helpful and has responded to all of my questions and everything has been resolved Happy to return in the future
