Good value MOT by Tony, who fixed a brake light bulb as part of doing the MOT. Useful that he came to collect our car and he was very friendly and cheerful. You need to allow time for the collection and return of your car.

Appointment at 9am, and until 9.50am the garage was closed and no one in. Tried call but was diverted to voice mail. No communication and they didn't even bother to call me. This company should be removed from BookMyGarage. Just to confirm that there is no sign at the given address that says 'Reading Service & MOT Centre, but another sign with another name of th garage. Went to one of their neighbouring competitors and got the MOT done right away

Hi Bjorn I am sorry that you did not meet me at the garage address but you did actually have your mot done at the mot station next to our building which is where our mots are done for our customers anyway, so without me or you realizing while as I was out collecting another customers vehicle your mot was carried out with a mot pass issued as your vehicle was in A1 condition we wish you well all the best regards the team at Car Service centre Reading
