This site advertised PM appointments with free pick up/ drop off, a few days before my MOT they phoned to say they only do mornings and that I would have to pay £20 for pick up/ collection as there was nowhere to wait. They failed my car (fairly) and quoted £870 for the work that needed to be done, another garage did it for £300. I brought it back to them for the retest, and was told that it would fail as it didn't 'feel like' the work had been done. It passed. Still awaiting the £20 refund.
