Car booked in for MOT & Oil/Filter Service. MOT carried out no problem. Informed @ service that there was a minor oil leak from drain plug. There is not enough space to explain what happened, but suffice to say that in all my years as a highly qualified engineer have I been so appalled @ their ability to solve a simple problem. My advice is to stay well clear of this garage unless you have deep pockets as it could cost you a lot of money.

Booking process and reception fine but location of service area round the back is awkward to find and has very limited parking space. Car needed some extra work completing and apart from initial notification on the day I took it in, I then never heard anything for 2 days until the car was ready for pickup. Would have been nice to have had an interim call to let me know how things were progressing and estimation as to when car may have been ready for pickup.
