Great customer service. Great price for an MOT and service including a wash. Good video feedback of the service and MOT. Only issue is Bravoauto didn't receive the booking from bookmygarage.com. Baravoautos sorted my booking with the confirmation I'd received.

Booked in vehicle from comparison site for MOT - but very impressed. Work done quickly and efficiently and with plenty of communication in a very welcoming environment with friendly and helpful staff. Only minor gripe was offered a vehicle clean which didnt happen after accepting it but thats really irrelevant. Good aftersales care with quotes given for minor advisories. Would go back again and have already recommended to family and friends.

I have already recommended the service to friends & colleagues as it was faultless from start to finish. I was called once the car was ready to collect & the car was cleaned inside & out. I would use you again without any hesitation.
