I booked a major service with collection and delivery. I called up to see when it would be collected only to be told they couldn’t collect as they were short staffed. I offered to take the car in if they could give me a lift back, which they did in my car! They then forgot to sign the service log book, and did not reset the service light on the car so had to go back the next day to get those done. Not the best experience.
