Perfectly happy with the work done by Belmont Wallyford and indeed I'll definitely be back with my Mercedes to them for the next services too. However, Book My Garage wasn't so good.. despite them confirming the service was booked twice, when I contacted the garage directly, they had no knowledge of it and had to book it in manually. I wrote to BMG to highlight this and have had zero response. Disappointing.

Thank you for the feedback. When a booking is made on the platform both the customer and garage receive an email confirmation of the booking. Two days before the booked appointment date an email reminder is sent to both the garage and customer again as a prompt of the said booking and for both the customer and garage to confirm the date in question for the booked work to be carried out. On the confirmation booking within the last paragraph it does state the garage may contact the customer about the appointment date.

The garage had not received confirmation of my BMG booking. It was unable to accept my booking on the required date. On calling to confirm the online booking from BMG, I had to reschedule to another date.The service and MOT was carried out on time and no problems have arisen since.

The garage were really good. However you did not pass my booking onto the garage. I turned up on Tuesday and they had no note of the booking. So had to rebook for another day. So book my garage get no stars at all. Won't use your site again and will rebook the garage myself. You wasted my time. My mot had expired (my fault). So angry
