I booked my MOT through their website, I had accidentally selected for them to do a pick up and drop off for the car even though this was only for full service. Despite my mistake they still honoured the selection and picked up the car and dropped it off post MOT. The communication prior was great and I really appreciated them putting in the extra effort. Would highly recommend.
