My experience of MOT with nice and simple staff are friendly. While I was waiting i could over hear staff actively trying to help a customer that required a part short notice as they had to travel the following day. I heard them make several calls and even then drive outbto guildford to collect the part this was 4:50pm on a Friday. That is great service!
