I had a full car service scheduled for 9 am, told it would take 2 hours. After 3 hours, my car was still in the same spot. They then said more needed to be done but I'm sure they hadn't touched it. I could tell it had a cold start when they took it inside. They checked the coolant and brakes, advised a coolant pipe change, and didn't even reset the service mileage. I paid £160 for what seems like no service at all.
