Booked for an MOT as a morning slot so I had plenty of time to be home for school run, arrived at 9:30am to be told I’d need to leave my car all day and they wouldn’t even start until atleast 1pm so left and went elsewhere. Woman was very snotty

Hi Vicky, I was the woman you dealt with. Your car was booked in to be ready by 1pm, which i did not realise at the start. However you wanted it tested while you waited which had not originally been requested and all the testers were busy, which i explained. I did say we would get it tested by 1pm but could not do this while tyou waited. I am glad you were able to get your car sorted on the day and sorry that we could not do this to your liking as we were extremely busy.
