Booked a full service for 2pm, arrived at the garage to see it completely closed, tried calling and texting the owner and had no response. One of the mechanics turned up 15 mins late, opened the shop, had a look about, completely disregarded me and left. I then get a message 2/3 hours after leaving claiming the owner had a stroke the day before and was not capable of working and wanted to book something for next week. Not sure if it’s true or not, but other reviews suggest otherwise!

Online system was easy to work with good to see what is all included and what else I can book in for. Mechanics did a great job and took great care. Very honest and reliable.

I booked this garage. My booking was accepted. Turned up and they couldn't do it cause their regular place was closed. Said they would find another garage but I gave up when they couldn't find another garage by 1pm. I took my car in at 9am!
