Booked a morning slot - turns out garage don't have slots - called at 12:30 to ask if all done, answer no - pick up at 6pm. No good as needed car in the afternoon.

Booked a brake fluid change in Ipswich for a pm appointment so arrived after lunch to find there were a couple of empty ramps and no one working in the garage so thought I won’t be here long as there not busy went to reception and was told “ we don’t have time to do that today should have dropped it off this morning and we do it when we have time “ I said I have a pm appointment “don’t matter we don’t have time drop I off in the morning we will see what we can do.
