I booked my car in online for a cost of £36, when I collected it they charged me £39.50 they also failed my car and told me it was a free retest, when my son collected it, they charged him £14.75.

Made the booking through this site and received confirmation. Got to the garage and they said they don’t use this site and had no booking for us. So not sure what happened….

Autocentre Camberley did my MOT on my car, even though Book my Garage hadn't let them no, yet had sent me an email saying I was all booked in. So a big thank you to Autocentre Camberley, I won't be using Book my Garage again.
